Privacy Policy

ONEDO INC., doing business as "Tuneliq" ("we," "us"), respects your privacy. Tuneliq is an app that turns the words you write into a personalized, AI-generated song you can download and share. This policy explains how we handle your information.
Our promise in one line: Your message and the songs you create stay on your device. We don't keep them on our servers or show them to anyone. Your text is sent to our AI provider only to generate your song.
1. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to people who use the Tuneliq app to create songs, with an account.
2. Our Privacy Commitments
- Local-first. Your message text, optional voice recording, and generated songs and lyrics are stored on your device by default.
- No cloud storage of your content. We do not keep your message, recording, or songs on our servers, and we offer no cloud backup.
- No training on your content. We do not use your creations to train AI, and our AI provider is contractually committed not to use your content to develop or train its models.
- Used, then discarded. To create a song, your message text is sent to our AI provider only for that purpose, and is not retained by us.

We do not sell your personal information, use your content for advertising or profiling, or use any third-party advertising SDK.
4. How We Use Information
To provide core features (sign-in, song generation, download and sharing); to keep the service stable and secure and to troubleshoot (crash monitoring); to understand how the app is used so we can improve it (analytics, including A/B testing of features); and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your creations to train any models.

We transmit only what is necessary, and these providers do not train on your content. We never store your message, recording, or song in our own cloud. If we add a provider or change how data flows, we will update this policy and tell you before the change.
6. Storage, Retention & Deletion
- Your content (message / recording / song / lyrics): stored on your device; deleting the app deletes it permanently; we hold no cloud copy.
- Account information: kept while your account is active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days after you close your account.
- Usage & diagnostics data: kept for a limited period to fix problems and improve the app, then deleted or aggregated.
You can delete your account and its data from within the app (Profile → Account).
7. Your Rights
Wherever you are, you may access, correct, and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and object to or restrict processing.
- California (CCPA / CPRA): you may know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive information, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" — we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any right, contact us (§10) or use the in-app deletion option above (Profile → Account).
8. Age
Tuneliq is intended for users 18 and over. By using Tuneliq you confirm you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it promptly.
9. Security & International Transfer
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS). Because your content stays on your device and is not stored in our cloud, no Tuneliq employee or third party has direct access to your message, recording, or song. Some information may be processed by providers outside your country (for example, the United States and Singapore); we take reasonable steps to keep such transfers lawful.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we add a sub-processor, change data flows, or reduce your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect (in-app notice or email) and update the version and date above.
