Refund Policy

Buying a Tuneliq is buying a gift. If it doesn't feel right, we want to make it right.

We are still finalizing our launch documentation. The final version will be issued before commercial launch.

1. 30-day return

You may return any unwritten Tuneliq card within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Outbound shipping is non-refundable except where required by law.

To start a return, email support@tuneliq.com with your order number. We will reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

2. Defective cards (12-month warranty)

If your card arrives damaged, or stops working through no fault of your own within 12 months of delivery, we will send a free replacement at no shipping cost to you. Email support@tuneliq.com with a photo of the issue.

3. Cards already written to

If you have already loaded a song onto the card, we can still accept a return within 30 days, but we may charge a small handling fee since the card cannot be resold. We will tell you the fee before you ship anything back.

4. How we refund

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
