Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between ONEDO INC., doing business as "Tuneliq" ("Tuneliq," "we," "us"), and you. By creating an account or using Tuneliq (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tuneliq is an app that turns the words you write into a personalized, AI-generated song. You write a short message; our AI composes a song from it; you can listen, download it as an MP3, and share it with whoever you choose.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service you confirm you are at least 18. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

3. Your Content & License

You keep ownership of the message text you write ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service — including sending it to our AI provider to generate your song. We do not use Your Content for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law (for example, you must not submit copyrighted lyrics you do not have rights to).

4. AI-Generated Output

The songs, lyrics, and audio produced by the Service are AI-generated and provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, originality, uniqueness, or fitness for any purpose of AI output. Results may vary between generations, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. AI output is not professional advice; you are responsible for reviewing output before you download or share it.

5. Your Songs

The songs you create are stored on your device. You can download them as MP3 files and share them for personal, non-commercial use. We keep no cloud copy; if you delete the app or lose your device, songs that existed only on that device cannot be recovered by us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harassing; use the Service or its outputs to train or develop any machine-learning model or to build a competing service; reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service; or resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Tuneliq owns the app, software, brand, and trademarks. Subject to our AI provider's terms, you retain rights to Your Content and to the song generated for you, for personal and gifting use. You may not use Tuneliq's name or marks without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Your Content and usage data are processed by third-party providers (Mureka; for overseas users, Google; authentication via Clerk; crash monitoring and analytics via Sentry) as described in our Privacy Policy. Their terms apply to their processing.

9. Payments

Tuneliq offers in-app purchases — credit packs used to generate songs. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund policies. Credits are consumable; once used to generate a song they are non-refundable, except where required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuneliq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or content. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed USD 50. For apps you download from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tuneliq harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution (U.S. users)

Informal resolution first: before filing a claim, contact us and allow 60 days to resolve it. Binding arbitration: disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration (for example, under AAA rules), not in court, except small-claims matters. Class action waiver: disputes are resolved individually; no class actions. 30-day opt-out: you may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. EU/UK consumers: your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are not affected by this section.

14. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at support@tuneliq.com with the information required by the DMCA. We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Local content (including your songs) is removed when you delete the app.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect, and the version and date above will be updated.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
