This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of the tuneliq.com website (the "Website"), operated by ONEDO INC., doing business as "Tuneliq" ("we," "us," "our"). It explains what information we collect when you visit our Website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The Tuneliq mobile app is not covered by this policy. Information you provide inside the app — including the messages you write, any voice recordings, and the songs we generate — is governed by a separate App Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This policy covers only your interaction with the tuneliq.com Website: browsing our pages, joining a waitlist, and subscribing to our newsletter. It does not cover the Tuneliq app, which has its own App Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect a limited amount of information from Website visitors:

We do not ask Website visitors for names, payment details, or other sensitive information, and the Website does not collect any of the creative content (messages, recordings, songs) handled by the app.
3. How We Use Information
- Email address — to send the waitlist or newsletter messages you signed up for, and to notify you about product availability and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Website access data — to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Website, to prevent abuse, and to understand which pages are visited so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you consent to Marketing cookies, we and our advertising partners may use certain data (such as advertising identifiers and usage events) to measure and personalise advertising, including remarketing; under California law this may be considered "sharing." These uses stay off unless you allow them, and you can withdraw consent at any time (see §5 and §7).
4. Third Parties
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the Website. We share only what is necessary for each provider to perform its function. We describe them by category rather than by name:
- Email service provider — delivers our waitlist and newsletter emails and stores the email addresses of subscribers. Your email address is processed by this provider on our behalf.
- Website hosting / CDN provider — serves the Website and processes standard access data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Analytics provider — if you consent to Analytics cookies, helps us measure how the Website is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
- Advertising partners — if you consent to Marketing cookies, help us measure advertising performance and show relevant ads on other services; this may involve sharing advertising identifiers and usage events with them.
Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under their respective agreements and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Analytics and advertising partners are used only where you have given consent, as described in §5.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, grouped into the categories below. When you first visit the Website, a consent banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Non-essential cookies stay off until you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in our footer.
- Strictly necessary — required to deliver pages, remember your preferences (including your cookie choice), and keep the site secure. Always on; cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — help us understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used so we can improve it. Off unless you allow them; if you decline, we may still measure usage in an anonymous, cookie-free way.
- Marketing — used to measure and personalise our marketing, such as advertising attribution and remarketing, and may involve advertising partners. Off unless you allow them.
The providers we may use in each category are described in §4. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Website functions.
6. Data Retention
- Email addresses — kept while you remain subscribed; deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- Website access data — kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or aggregated.
7. Your Rights
Wherever you are, you may access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, and object to or restrict processing.
- European Economic Area / UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Where we rely on consent (for example, newsletter sign-up), you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA / CPRA): you may request to know, delete, and correct the personal information we hold, and you may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. If you enable Marketing cookies, our use of advertising identifiers with advertising partners may qualify as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out at any time through Cookie settings in the footer, which also remembers your choice on future visits.
