These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the tuneliq.com website (the "Website"), operated by ONEDO INC., doing business as "Tuneliq" ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. The Tuneliq mobile app is governed by separate App Terms of Service, not by these Terms.

1. What the Website Is

The Website presents information about Tuneliq, lets you join our waitlist, and lets you subscribe to our newsletter. Creating songs, accounts, purchases, and sharing happen in the Tuneliq app, under the separate App Terms of Service — not here.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Website in violation of any law; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Website; scrape or harvest data from it; or misuse the waitlist or newsletter (for example, submitting other people's email addresses without permission).

3. Waitlist and Newsletter

If you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter, you provide an email address so we can contact you about product availability and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Website, its content and design, and the "Tuneliq" name and marks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Website.

5. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to third-party sites or app stores (for example, to download the Tuneliq app). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content; their own terms apply.

6. Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Information on the Website may change without notice, and we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONEDO INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed US$10.
