Refund Policy
Version 0.2.2 · Effective July 1, 2026
ONEDO INC., doing business as "Tuneliq" ("we," "us," "our"), wants you to be happy with the physical products you buy from us. This Refund Policy applies to the physical products we ship — Tuneliq cards and smart hardware. In-app purchases (credits and subscriptions) are not covered here: they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are refunded under each platform's own policy (see our Terms of Service, Payments, and §7 below).
1. 30-Day Returns
You may request a return and refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. Requests made after 30 days may be declined except where required by law.
2. Tuneliq Cards
- Unwritten cards: Return any unwritten card, in its original and complete packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Outbound shipping is non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cards already written to: If you have already loaded a song onto a card, we can still accept a return within 30 days, but we may charge a handling fee of 20% of the product price (minimum US$5) since the card cannot be resold. We will tell you the fee before you ship anything back.
- Defective cards: If a card arrives damaged, or stops working through no fault of your own within 12 months of delivery, we will send a free replacement at no shipping cost to you. Email support@tuneliq.com with a photo of the issue.
3. Smart Hardware
- Unused / original condition: Return unused smart hardware in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Defective hardware: If hardware arrives damaged, or fails through no fault of your own within its warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Any specific warranty period is stated in the documentation included with the product.
4. How to Return
To start a return, email support@tuneliq.com with your order number. We will reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
5. How We Refund
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval or of our receiving the returned item.
6. Exceptions
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery, except where required by law.
- Products damaged by misuse.
- Cards that have been written to, beyond the conditions in §2.
7. In-App Purchases (not covered here)
Credits and subscriptions bought inside the Tuneliq app are handled by Apple or Google and refunded through each platform's own process — this Refund Policy does not apply to them. To request an app-purchase refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or your Google Play order history. See also our Terms of Service (Payments).
