Delete Your Account

Version 1.0 · Effective July 1, 2026

ONEDO INC., doing business as "Tuneliq" ("we," "us," "our"), lets you delete your Tuneliq account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data afterward.

1. Delete your account inside the app (fastest)

Open the Tuneliq app and sign in.
Go to your account settings.
Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is closed right away and the data tied to it is queued for permanent deletion (see §3).

2. Request deletion by email (no app needed)

If you can't open the app, we will delete your account for you:

Email support@tuneliq.com with the subject "Delete my account".
Send it from the email address linked to your Tuneliq account, or tell us the account email or username so we can find it.

We reply to confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.

3. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:

Your account profile — name, email address, avatar, and login credentials.
Songs, cards, and other content you created in Tuneliq.
App usage and preference data linked to your account.

Deletion is permanent. Deactivating, disabling, or "freezing" an account is not the same as deletion, and we do not offer that as a substitute.

4. What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it or for legitimate business needs, such as:

Transaction and payment records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Records we need to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

Any retained data is kept only for as long as required and stays protected under our Privacy Policy. Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms; manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google account.
